Our product range is so wide that we are a single-source supplier for strapping machines and tools.
We produce all of our products in Taiwan. We are not planning to move our production to other developing countries.
Compared to Europe, N. America, or Japan, our labor costs are relatively low; therefore, we have chosen to constantly upgrade our technology in Taiwan which makes us different from our competitors in Asia, who are expelled to produce machines in the low labor cost countries.
Please contact us right away and inform us the machine serial number & the problem details. The more inforamtion you can offer us, the better we can understand the problems and the sooner we can solve the problems. Your information is always very impotant for us to improve our products.
(a) Sample order: If you are not satisfied with the quality, we accept sales return and will refund you the same. That means you have no risk to test our products.
(b) Regular order: If you consider that our machine has fatal defects and cannot be repaired, you can return the machine within one year from the on board date. We will send you a new machine for your replacement. You can rest assured to sell our products.
For the customers in Europe, you can buy all of our spare parts from our Spare Parts Center (SPC) in Germany. 90% of the spare parts you need can be sent within 1-3 days.
Customers outside Europe have to buy spare parts directly from us. 95% of standard parts can be sent within 3 days. All of our distributors are strongly recommended to carry sufficient parts stocks, because it will take about two weeks to get our parts after you place orders to us.
All of our products are made in Taiwan by our ISO 9001 certified factory, with PRIDE!
For your information, we do not use any single mechanical parts which are made in China. 95% of the electronic parts we use on our products are made in Taiwan. We use less than 1% of China-made electronic parts such as Omron's switches for low-end machines. The rest (over 4%) of the electronic parts are made in Europe, such as Siemens' PLC for high-end machines.
