Transpak upgrades our ERP and CRM system to enhance our services to customers

Please be advised that we spent two years and more than USD 270,000 to do the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system upgrade. The system is now officially online and runs smoothly since July, 2019.
The new ERP and CRM system integrate customer relationship management, finance, supply chain, management, manufacture, sale, etc. all together and share the same database. It greatly enhances the business efficiency and optimizes the resource allocation.
Most important, we are confident the new system will bring more values to our customers. For instance, since our handling procedure is simplified, it grants us more time to do the customer service which means we can offer an exhaustive and professional consultation. Moreover, we are able to get the sales analysis more comprehensively. We could give customers more in-time suggestions.
Although the initial investment is huge, we believe it will bring more benefits for us and our customers in long term.
